Your Newbie Guide to GPT Site Ysense

There are loads of GPT sites out there and another one to join the scene is Ysense, and it has quickly become one of my favourites. Very similar to other GPT sites like Swagbucks and InstaGC so if you have used those before you should easily get on with this one. The things I favour about Ysense over other sites are things tend to be worth more through this site than on other similar sites. It also has a very impressive bonus scheme where you can earn an extra 16% of your earnings bonus every day. Read on to find out more, and all the great earning features of the site.

We’re going to presume you’ve already signed up – that’s the easy part! If not, click on the image above to join, then grab a cup of coffee and let’s get you earning.

The front page:

When you first sign in (on a laptop/desktop) this is what you will see your account summary page with icons at the top featuring all the different ways you can earn on the site.

Across the top of the page you should see menu links which you can also use to access the various ways of earning like Surveys, Offers, Tasks and more.

Surveys

Clicking on the Paid Surveys icon (complete surveys in dropdown menu) will open to the main surveys page. All surveys available for you to complete.

You can see what survey partner wall the survey is coming from(Like Cint or YourSurveys) how long the survey should take, and how much you will receive for successfully completing the survey. You can use the View and Sort By drop down menus to change the way the surveys are displayed.

The thing I like about Ysense is that you earn an actual cash value rather than a point system which you have to then convert points to a cash equivalent. You earn in $ but when you cashout you can receive £ (or whatever your local currency is).

If you scroll down underneath the main surveys is a link to access the Peanut Labs offer wall to access more surveys and offers.

There is also a link in the top menu bar under Surveys called History. This will show you a page where you can clearly see all surveys you have attempted in the past, which is handy to use if you completed a survey but did not receive credit for it.

Offer Walls

These are pretty much the same as most other GPT sites, so it’s pointless to go through them one by one.

It’s often worth checking out which site offers more for an offer – often Ysesne offers more points than Swagbucks for example for exactly the same offer. Just be aware that it’s often not possible to do the same offer on more than one site, so do your research, especially if it’s a high paying one.

Take some time and spend a few minutes looking through the offer walls to see what you can find – and of course check out  the GPT Genies’ Facebook Group for easy offers that people have posted.

Tasks

The tasks section is run through Figure8, which used to be Crowdflower and can be a good earner if you have the time and can rise up through the ranks.

Figure8 is a whole learning curve in itself, whivhever site you’re doing it on – you can find out more in this post:

Daily Checklist Bonus

Ysense offers one of the best bonuses I have seen from any GPT Site(up to 16%), and the best bit is you can receive it on a daily basis.

This bonus will be calculated from your total personal earnings that include your completed Figure Eight Tasks and completed Offers and Surveys.

For a 12% bonus you need to complete the Daily Checklist by:

  1. Complete at least 10 Figure Eight Tasks; or
  2. Complete at least 2 offers or surveys from the offers and surveys pages; or
  3. Complete at least 5 Figure Eight Tasks and at least 1 offer or survey from the offers and surveys pages:

If you complete your daily bonus three days in a row, you will get an extra 2% bonus for completing a Daily Checklist streak. If you fail to complete the checklist in a given day the bonus will reset and you will have to complete three days in a row again before you receive the extra 2%.

It is also possible to receive another 2% bonus just for having the Ysense AddOn/Extension installed, only available on desktop/laptop.

You can click here to download it.

if you don’t like browser extensions, you only need to have it running for one hour to receive the extra 2% bonus and then you can turn it off after that.

Clicking on view history will bring up a history of everything you have earned from in a very handy table. It is clear to see how many surveys/offers/tasks you have completed and for how much, and how much bonus you received for that day.

The more you complete, the higher your bonus, and the earnings are unlimited.

Referral System

Like other survey sites, Ysense offers a referral program where you can earn from your referrals.

For each referral that becomes active, you will earn a signup commission of $0.30. Once your referrals earn their first $5.00 (excluding commissions and bonuses) you will also earn an extra $2.00 bonus! For every approved Survey, Offer and Task your referrals complete you earn 20% commission of what they earn.

If you have a minimum of 100 or more active referrals with at least one transaction in the past 30 days you get an additional 5% referral commission making your commission 25%. If you have 200 or more active referrals you get an additional 10% referral commission, making your commissions a whopping 30%

Cashout

Ysesne offers payment in a number of ways including Paypal(from $10), Mastercard(from $13) and  the usual Amazon and Starbucks, alongside Pizza Express, iTunes, Steam and many more. My favourite is RewardLink(from $10) where you have another whole host of giftcards available to choose from.

You will notice that it shows $ for cashing out. With Paypal you will receive $, but this is converted through Paypal to £. For other cashout options, like MasterCard, you have to have a certain amount in $ but will receive the giftcard in £.

At the time of writing, RewardLink offer a £10 Tango Giftcard for $10, working out the best option for your money. You can use the Tango giftcard to then purchase other giftcards of your choice, like an Amazon giftcard. It works out better going through RewardLink though as it works out $10 for £10.

Payment takes approximately 5 to 7 days to reach you, often quicker depending on how busy they are, but can also take up to 15 days.
